体外研究 Prunin通过降低胰岛素抵抗HepG2细胞PTP1B的表达水平,对ONOO介导的酪氨酸硝化和葡萄糖摄取具有剂量依赖性抑制作用。Prunin对α-葡萄糖苷酶有明显的抑制作用,IC50为317±2.12μM[2]。
