体外研究 | 2',5'-二脱氧腺苷(10μM,30 min)减少cAMP的产生并阻断卡巴胆碱(CCh)诱导的Ser845处GluA1的磷酸化[3]。2',5'-二脱氧腺苷(10μM,30min)阻断CCh诱导的Akt磷酸化增加,减弱CCh诱导的Ser2448磷酸化[3]。2',5'-二脱氧腺苷(20-150 mM)与腺苷一样,依赖性和可逆性地抑制异丙肾上腺素(8-54 pmol)刺激β肾上腺素能的正性肌力和变时效应,分别高达70%和50%[2]。Western Blot分析[3]细胞系:原代海马神经元浓度:10μM孵育时间:30min结果:卡巴胆碱(CCh)诱导的Ser845细胞cAMP生成减少,GluA1磷酸化受阻。 |
