Description | Peimine(Dihydroisoimperialine; Verticine) is a natural compound with good anti-inflammatory effects in vivo.IC50 value:Target:Peimine (0-25 mg/L) significantly inhibited tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, IL-1β, and increased IL-10 production. Furthermore, peimine significantly inhibited the phosphorylation of p38, ERK and c-jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) as well as decreased p65 and IκB. |
