In Vitro	Astramembrangenin (0-10 µM; 3-6 days) increases cell growth compared to the vehicle control in HEK cultures[1]. Astramembrangenin (0.3 µM; 5-90 mins) induces CREB phosphorylation in primary cortical neurons, total CREB expression is unaltered by CAG in both cell type[1].
