1.由正丁醇用硫酸脱水而得将丁醇、硫酸加入反应锅,加热搅拌,温度上升至110℃左右开始回流,并分出水分。随着反应的进行,不断分出水分,温度也逐渐升高,到达135℃时反应基本完成。用水洗涤、硫酸洗涤,再用水洗涤,无水氯化钙干燥,蒸馏,收集139-142℃馏分,得丁醚。
2.正丁醇在三氯化铁、硫酸铜或氧化铝上进行催化脱水制取。
3.微波常压法合成正丁醚 在100mL圆底烧瓶中依次加入31mL正丁醇、4.5mL浓H2SO4和两小粒沸石,摇匀。将圆底烧瓶置于微波炉内的玻璃平台上,用空气冷凝管穿过微波炉顶的小孔与其相连。空气冷凝管的上口接分水器,再接水冷凝管。使用400w微波辐射20min。待反应物冷至室温,先用15mL饱和食盐洗一次,再分别用15mL饱和CaCl2洗两次,用无水CaCl2干燥过夜后,减压(水泵)蒸馏收集107~110℃的馏分即为无色透明液体正丁醚。
4.制法:
于装有温度计(温度计的末端浸入液面以下,剧烈瓶底0.5~1cm)、分水器(分水器上安装一只回来冷凝器)的反应瓶中,加入正丁醇(2)50g(62mL,0.64mol),浓硫酸9mL,几粒沸石。用电热套加热至回流,此时反应液温度在110℃左右①,生成的水收集于分水气中。继续加热回流,直至无水蒸出。将反应瓶冷却,加入70mL水,用分液漏斗分出有机层用50%的硫酸洗涤两次以除去未反应的丁醇。再水洗两次,无水氯化钙干燥。蒸馏,收集140~144℃的馏分,得正丁醚15g,收率32%。注:①适宜的反应温度应在130~140℃,但由于共沸物的生成,开始时温度往往达不到,当接近反应结束时,可升温到135℃。正丁醇(bp117.5℃)和正丁醚(bp141℃)及水可形成三元共沸物和二元共沸物。实验时可在分水器中加入一定量的水。其有关数据如下(表I-6-1)。
5.制法:
于10L三口反应瓶中加入正丁醇(2)4.45kg(60mol),慢慢加入浓硫酸0.8kg,加入沸石,装上分馏装置。慢慢加热至沸,控制分馏柱顶部温度不高于95℃,馏出速度2~3滴/秒进行分馏脱水,直至脱水完全,约需20h。共蒸出约600~660mL。反应液由开始的110℃逐渐升至145℃,颜色也随之变暗。冷后加入1L水,充分摇动后,静置分层有机层,用50%的硫酸洗涤三次,5%的硫酸亚铁洗涤2次(除去过氧化物),再水洗,无水碳酸钠干燥,减压分馏,再常压分馏,收集140~142.5℃的馏分,得产品(1)2.0kg,率50%。
