正丁醚制备

1.由正丁醇用硫酸脱水而得将丁醇、硫酸加入反应锅，加热搅拌，温度上升至110℃左右开始回流，并分出水分。随着反应的进行，不断分出水分，温度也逐渐升高，到达135℃时反应基本完成。用水洗涤、硫酸洗涤，再用水洗涤，无水氯化钙干燥，蒸馏，收集139-142℃馏分，得丁醚。

2.正丁醇在三氯化铁、硫酸铜或氧化铝上进行催化脱水制取。

3.微波常压法合成正丁醚　在100mL圆底烧瓶中依次加入31mL正丁醇、4.5mL浓H2SO4和两小粒沸石，摇匀。将圆底烧瓶置于微波炉内的玻璃平台上，用空气冷凝管穿过微波炉顶的小孔与其相连。空气冷凝管的上口接分水器，再接水冷凝管。使用400w微波辐射20min。待反应物冷至室温，先用15mL饱和食盐洗一次，再分别用15mL饱和CaCl2洗两次，用无水CaCl2干燥过夜后，减压（水泵）蒸馏收集107～110℃的馏分即为无色透明液体正丁醚。

4.制法：

于装有温度计(温度计的末端浸入液面以下，剧烈瓶底0.5～1cm)、分水器(分水器上安装一只回来冷凝器)的反应瓶中，加入正丁醇(2)50g(62mL,0.64mol),浓硫酸9mL，几粒沸石。用电热套加热至回流，此时反应液温度在110℃左右^①，生成的水收集于分水气中。继续加热回流，直至无水蒸出。将反应瓶冷却，加入70mL水，用分液漏斗分出有机层用50%的硫酸洗涤两次以除去未反应的丁醇。再水洗两次，无水氯化钙干燥。蒸馏，收集140～144℃的馏分，得正丁醚15g，收率32%。注：①适宜的反应温度应在130～140℃，但由于共沸物的生成，开始时温度往往达不到，当接近反应结束时，可升温到135℃。正丁醇(bp117.5℃)和正丁醚(bp141℃)及水可形成三元共沸物和二元共沸物。实验时可在分水器中加入一定量的水。其有关数据如下(表I-6-1)。

^5.制法：

于10L三口反应瓶中加入正丁醇(2)4.45kg（60mol），慢慢加入浓硫酸0.8kg，加入沸石，装上分馏装置。慢慢加热至沸，控制分馏柱顶部温度不高于95℃，馏出速度2～3滴/秒进行分馏脱水，直至脱水完全，约需20h。共蒸出约600～660mL。反应液由开始的110℃逐渐升至145℃，颜色也随之变暗。冷后加入1L水，充分摇动后，静置分层有机层，用50%的硫酸洗涤三次，5%的硫酸亚铁洗涤2次(除去过氧化物)，再水洗，无水碳酸钠干燥，减压分馏，再常压分馏，收集140～142.5℃的馏分，得产品(1)2.0kg，率50%。
