1、保护肝脏，治疗各类肝脏疾病。

2、治疗肿瘤，减轻化疗和放疗的副作用。

3、谷胱甘肽作为解毒剂，可与进入人体的有毒化合物、重金属离子或致癌物质等相结合，并促进其排出体外，起到解毒作用;用于丙烯腈、氟化物、一氧化碳、重金属以及有机溶剂等的中毒治疗。
