1.由对羟基苯甲酸与丁醇酯化而得。将丁醇、对羟基苯甲酸一起加热溶解，慢慢滴加硫酸，加完后继续回流反应8h。放冷，加入4%碳酸钠溶液中，分出水层，通蒸气赶出丁醇，放冷，过滤得粗品，再用乙醇重结晶（在乙醇中的溶解度：200g/100ml）。
